Sometimes to be the anti-mother is to be anti-moon.  The term void of moon refers to the Moon being void, missing in a sense, and the effect of this is that it makes manifestation impossible.  When the moon is missing, in other words when we are void of moon we can't bring anything to manifestation.

However, when we speak in terms of Asalia, he is a Just Judge who has the ability to differentiate what is and what is not. When we differentiate as to what is, we differentiate the Truth from falsehood. Oftentimes we are deluded from the Truth for falsehood. The Truth is not of equal value to falsehood. If all one needs is the Truth, if we instead choose falsehood, we are therefore humiliated.

Upright it shows that even though one may not have much control over a situation or circumstance, if they allow themselves to be divinely aware, it will all work out. In the Occult Tarot, this card is Andras. Andras can cause arguments out of something that otherwise is irrelevant and create hostile environments.
